1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Launch House Golf website (launchhousegolf.com) or engaging us for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Launch House Golf.

2. Services Description

Launch House Golf provides end-to-end golf simulator design, build, and installation services for both residential and commercial clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Design consultation and space assessment
• 3D rendering and project visualization
• Equipment sourcing and procurement
• Professional installation and system integration
• Project management and coordination
• Technology selection and recommendation

The specific scope of work for each project is defined in your individual project proposal or agreement.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Launch House Golf are estimates and are subject to change. Pricing may be adjusted based on:

• Actual site conditions discovered during assessment or installation
• Changes in material or equipment costs from manufacturers and suppliers
• Client-requested modifications to the original scope of work
• Unforeseen structural, electrical, or other site-specific requirements

Final pricing will be confirmed and agreed upon in writing before any work begins. A signed project agreement is required prior to commencement of any project. Launch House Golf reserves the right to adjust quotes that are more than 30 days old to reflect current material and equipment pricing.

4. Project Timeline

All project timelines provided by Launch House Golf are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed. Timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to:

• Supply chain disruptions or equipment availability
• Permitting requirements and approval timelines
• Unexpected site conditions or required remediation
• Weather or other force majeure events
• Client-requested changes or delays in decision-making
• Availability of third-party contractors or inspectors

We will communicate proactively about any anticipated delays and work to minimize their impact on your project. Timeline changes do not constitute a breach of agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. Generally, our payment structure includes:

• A deposit required to secure your project on our schedule and initiate procurement
• Progress payments tied to project milestones as defined in your agreement
• Final payment due upon project completion and client walkthrough

All payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your signed project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work. Launch House Golf reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances as permitted by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D renders, floor plans, technology layouts, and other creative work product produced by Launch House Golf remain the exclusive property of Launch House Golf until the project is paid in full. Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific project for which they were created.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Launch House Golf designs, renders, or proprietary processes is strictly prohibited. The Launch House Golf name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Launch House Golf and may not be used without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Launch House Golf provides information, estimates, and projections in good faith based on our experience and industry knowledge. However:

• Financial projections or revenue estimates provided on commercial project pages or in proposals are estimates only and are not guarantees of financial performance. Actual results will vary based on market conditions, location, management, pricing, and other factors.
• Launch House Golf shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
• Launch House Golf is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of installed equipment, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, or unauthorized modifications to completed installations.

8. Warranty

Launch House Golf stands behind the quality of our work:

• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a warranty on our installation workmanship. The specific duration and coverage details are outlined in your project agreement.
• Equipment Warranties: All equipment and products installed by Launch House Golf are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We do not provide separate warranties on third-party equipment.
• Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim on our workmanship, contact us at sales@launchhouse.golf. For equipment warranty claims, we will assist you in contacting the appropriate manufacturer.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

9. Website Use

The Launch House Golf website, including our sim builder tool and other interactive features, is provided for informational and estimation purposes only. Specifically:

• The sim builder tool generates estimates based on user-provided inputs and is intended as a starting point for project planning, not a final quote.
• No account creation is required to use our website or tools.
• All content on the website, including text, images, renders, and media, is the property of Launch House Golf and is protected by copyright law.
• You agree not to scrape, copy, or reproduce website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Third-Party Products

Launch House Golf installs and integrates products and equipment manufactured by third parties, including but not limited to launch monitors, projectors, impact screens, enclosures, and simulation software. With respect to these products:

• All third-party product warranties are provided by and administered through the original manufacturers.
• Launch House Golf is not the manufacturer of these products and makes no independent warranties regarding their performance, durability, or suitability beyond proper installation.
• We will assist clients in navigating manufacturer warranty claims when issues arise with installed equipment.
• Product availability and specifications are subject to change by manufacturers without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or related to the use of our website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction within the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

Launch House Golf reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
