Residential · Existing Rooms
No renovation required. We design drop-in simulator setups for rooms that are already finished — you keep the room as-is, we bring the technology.
Zero Construction
Not every simulator build requires tearing out walls. If your room meets the minimum specs, we design a system that drops in with no structural modifications, no drywall work, and no construction crew.
We select freestanding enclosures, portable turf systems, and projection setups that deliver a premium experience without altering the room itself. When you move or want the space back, the system comes out clean.
Room Assessment
Before recommending a system, we evaluate six critical dimensions of your room. Each one determines what equipment fits and how the experience performs.
Minimum 9 feet for most golfers. 10 feet recommended. We measure at the lowest point — soffits, beams, and ductwork all count.
12 feet minimum for a standard enclosure. We verify clearance on both sides of the hitting position for a full swing arc.
15 feet minimum from screen to back wall. Deeper rooms allow more comfortable standing distance and optional seating behind the hitting area.
Timeline
Existing room installs move fast. No GC, no sub-trades, no construction schedule. Our team arrives, builds, calibrates, and walks you through the system.
Equipment delivery and enclosure assembly. Frame, screen, and impact protection go up.
Technology integration. Projector mounting, launch monitor placement, compute setup, and cable management.
Calibration and tuning. Projector alignment, launch monitor calibration, software configuration, and final testing.
Full system training. We walk you through every piece of equipment, every software feature, and every setting.
Most existing-room installs complete in 1 to 3 days depending on system complexity. Simpler setups often finish in a single day.
