You don't wait to be told. You see what needs doing and you do it right — whether anyone's watching or not. The job is yours the moment you walk on site.
A seam that's off by an eighth of an inch bothers you. You finish the parts no one will ever see, because you'll know. Good enough isn't.
You don't know everything yet, and you're not pretending to. You ask, you listen, you take the note, and you come back better on the next build.
Job sites change. Flights move. Things break. You stay calm, solve the problem in front of you, and keep your word no matter what the day throws at you.

We build as a unit — on the road, in tight spaces, in clients' homes. You make the people around you better and you leave the ego in the truck.

This is a ground-floor seat on our build crew — $25/hour to start, with per diem and travel covered every time you hit the road. You'll travel to job sites across the country and help turn finished designs into real simulator bays — wood framing and carpentry, upholstery, flooring, electrical, and the technical calibration of launch monitors and sensors. Learn a stack of trades, see amazing places, and grow with a company that's growing fast. You won't be handed a broom and forgotten. You'll be trained, trusted, and pushed to get better on every single build.
