Seven stages from first conversation to the moment you tee up. No surprises, no guesswork — just a clear path from where you are to where you want to be.
We've built over 200 simulators. The details change — room size, technology, budget, timeline — but the process doesn't. Here's exactly what to expect when you work with us.
This is where we learn who you are, how you play, and what your space allows. It's a conversation, not a pitch. We want to understand your goals before we talk about technology.
Your vision, a rough budget range, and approximate room dimensions. Photos of the space are helpful but not required. No decisions need to be made before this call.
After the discovery call, we put together your initial proposal. All technology is line-itemized. Environmental and installation components are bundled into a single fee — keeping the quote clean and eliminating surprise costs.
Review the proposal and ask questions. When you're ready, sign and submit the Design Deposit. This authorizes us to begin the design work.
Our first real go/no-go checkpoint. We take everything we know about your space and confirm the build we've designed can actually happen the way you want it to happen. This is where constraints get surfaced and addressed — before anything is ordered.
Precise site measurements and full access to the space. Share any structural, building, or HOA constraints. If a contractor or GC is involved, they're a valid point of contact here.
This is where the build becomes visual. We model your entire space in 3D — every component placed exactly where it will be installed. You'll see your simulator before we build it.
Review the 3D renderings and confirm your final selections. You don't need every design decision made in advance — we'll work with what you have and propose the rest.
By Stage 5 you've seen the proposal, worked through feasibility, and confirmed the design. The Installation Service Agreement is the official sign-off that everything is agreed and you're ready to build.
Review and sign the ISA. The 70% deposit triggers procurement and places you on the build calendar.
The stage most clients don't see — and where a significant amount of work happens on our side. Everything for your build is ordered to exact specification. We don't stock inventory because we don't build generic simulators.
Confirm your install dates and begin preparing the space — clear, clean, with power and internet available. If freight is shipping ahead of us, you may need to receive and store turf rolls in the sim space.
Most installs run two to four days. You don't need to be on site the entire time — as long as we have access, power, and a Wi-Fi signal for setup, we're good. We follow a consistent eight-step sequence so nothing gets skipped.
Foundation first — underlayment, then turf to exact room spec.
Side and ceiling pads mounted and secured to spec.
Brackets mounted, screen hung and tensioned to spec.
Every corner filled, resolution and color dialed.
Mounted overhead, calibrated to the hitting surface, shot detection verified.
PC built and configured, software installed and connected to the launch monitor.
Cameras positioned, angles confirmed, feeds verified in software.
Full tour of the system, software training, and confirmation that everything performs to spec before we leave.
Be available for the final walkthrough and training session. Final balance is collected on completion. At this point, you're ready to play.
