Our Story

When we started in April of 2022, we just had a vision, some basic gear, and... blind confidence.

We had no choice but to go all-in from the start. We weren’t industry vets or experts in golf tech. We were a scrappy startup trying to build a business selling and installing golf simulators, while overcoming all the challenges new businesses have.

Driven by fear of failure, motivation to succeed and a hunger to get better, we kept pursuing all angles.

It all started here - with a mobile golf simulator in a inflatable tent. Running closest-to-the-pin competitions at local events to test the waters. That hustle gave us just enough traction to take a big leap.

"Just Keep Going"

In early 2023, we built our first commercial studio in Hillsboro, Oregon. It was designed to be fully automated and open 24/7, commercial simulator that was open to the public.

We quickly realized how much the little things mattered—wall spacing, swing clearance, projector alignment, screen tension, lighting, ambiance, the smallest details of customer experience and maintenance routines. We learned by doing, listening to feedback, and constantly making it better.

That same year, we started landing our first residential installs. Every home presented a new challenge—different layouts, different tech, and a different set of expectations. No two jobs were the same, and that taught us how to think on our feet and tailor every project to the customer.

Launch House OC – Our next Big Leap

In summer 2024, we built Launch House OC in Irvine, California—our first out-of-state, full-scale commercial facility. It was a fast-paced build with tight deadlines and high stakes.

We pushed our limits and learned a ton. One of the biggest upgrades was engineering our own auto-tee system—a Korean-made unit we customized with hardware mods and custom computer code to work seamlessly with U.S. software.

From logistics to layout, everything leveled up. OC became a true proving ground, and the lessons we took from that build shaped everything we did next.

The Grind Continues

In the fall of 2024, our momentum caught the attention of Golfzon America, one of the global leaders in golf simulation. What started as a few conversations quickly turned into a partnership—and a whole new chapter for Launch House.

We began taking on contracts to build multi-bay commercial simulator facilities for Golfzon across the U.S. These projects were bigger, more complex, and often required travel, coordination with multiple vendors, and precise execution under tight timelines. It was a huge step up—and exactly the kind of challenge we’d been building toward.

Then came the ultimate test: Golfzon selected us to build their four flagship simulators at the 2025 PGA Show in Orlando. It was a high-pressure, high-visibility event, and the trust they placed in us to deliver meant everything. We pulled it off—on time, on point, and with our work on display for the entire industry.

This partnership wasn’t just a milestone—it was validation. And it opened the door to a whole new level of opportunity and growth.

Rebuilt From the Ground Up

While we were growing up through our Golfzon partnership, we never lost sight of where it all started. In the summer of 2024, we made the decision to temporarily shut down our original Hillsboro studio for a full redesign.

This was more than a renovation—it was a total rebuild. We took everything we’d learned from Launch House OC, home installs, commercial projects, and applied it to every inch of the space. We reworked the wall spacing and swing zones, repositioned the projector, improved the screen build, and completely rethought the layout and flow of the room. We upgraded the lighting, sound, and overall vibe to create a premium environment that felt seamless and elevated.

The studio reopened in March 2025, and the difference was night and day. Hillsboro had gone from our first experiment to a polished flagship—a space that reflects how far we’ve come and where we’re going next.

Looking Ahead

What started as a couple of guys with a launch monitor and no real plan has grown into something much bigger. Every build, every challenge, and every customer has shaped who we are and how we operate.

We’ve learned that great golf simulators aren’t just about the tech—they’re about thoughtful design, reliable performance, and creating a space people actually want to be in. Whether it’s a single-bay garage setup or a multi-location commercial facility, we approach every project with the same mindset: listen, adapt, improve, and deliver.

We’re proud of what we’ve built so far—but we’re just getting started. The future of indoor golf is wide open, and we’re here to keep raising the bar.
